Hello! I'm Lindsay Tanner and I'm a Level 3 pilates instructor based in Saddleworth, Manchester.
I've always been passionate about fitness and have been teaching physical education for over 20 years!
Like many people, I discovered the benefits of pilates following a back injury. It helped me to build up my core strength and stability and enabled me to get back to running (and running around after my kids!)
What I love about Fitness Pilates is that it builds on the foundations of traditional pilates (focusing on improving posture, balance and core strength) but runs at a faster pace with a greater range of exercises to give you a real workout.
I'm really excited to offer fitness pilates group sessions (beginners and advanced), as well as private 1-2-1s.
The group classes are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and take place at my home studio in Delph and St Thomas' Church, also in Delph, Saddleworth. Both are located just off the M62 and it's easily accessible from Oldham, Royton, Marsden and Kirklees.
If you're looking for something more tailored, you can also book a private 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 session, either at my studio in Saddleworth or at your home.
